To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return packages must be postmark within the 14 days following delivery. Return packages postmarked after this time frame may be subject to denial and your purchase(s) will be sent back to you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return based on the condition of the item.
Once your return is approved we will email you a return shipping slip (subject to our 14 days shipping police). You will see your refund back on the payment method you chose with 3-4 business days.
- All returns must be received in new conditions. Unworn, unwashed, and with hygienic liner and tags in place.
- Items returned with obvious use will be denied refund.
- No returns on any beauty products
- Item sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold
- No returns or exchanges on accessories.
- Only regular priced items may be returned for refund, unfortunately sale items do not qualify.

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take delivery our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbor or in a safe, secure location. A card may be left to advise this to you, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact them to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date.
